Service Time: Sundays at 10am
Location: Mt Barker Town Hall, Gawler St, Mt Barker (next door to Allphones).
What to Expect During a Sunday Service
One of our Hospitality Team will welcome you at the foyer. They will be able to help you with any queries. If you have primary school aged children, one of the Team members will direct you to the venue where they have their program.
Our Services usually start with a time of contemporary music and singing. This provides people an opportunity to express their praise and thanks to God.
Most weeks, we share Communion together, during which time pieces of bread and individual cups of grape juice are passed around the congregation. Communion helps us reflect on the sacrifice that Jesus made to pay for the price of our sins.
An offering (collection) is taken up to give people an opportunity to financially contribute to the work our church does in the community and overseas.
A short message is given on a relevant topic. Messages are usually based on applying God’s principles to our daily lives.
Our Services normally go for about one and a half hours. After the service, there is always opportunity for people to receive prayer and ministry for any personal needs.
You can join us for tea or coffee after the service – this is a great opportunity to hang out with some other folks and build meaningful relationships.
