The Dream

We believe the local church is called to make a significant contribution to the community it is in. It is, after all, God’s messenger of Good News and the agent of His grace in this world.

Our dream is to provide facilities that will be an asset for our community for several generations. To this end, we are working with the District Council of Mt Barker to identify suitable land on which to build a Community and Worship Centre. The Centre will have:

* A 500 seater auditorium suitable for public meetings, concerts, performances, conferences, etc. It will be configurable to various seating capacities.
* A commercial kitchen that will be used for training in hospitality, catering for various functions, provision of low-cost meals for people in need.
* A dinning/cafe area configurable to various seating capacities.
* Meeting spaces configurable to various sizes available for use by community groups.
* Several small meeting rooms for counselling, training, music lessons and small group use.
* A Youth Centre with sports facilities.
* Facilities for an Academy of Creative Arts.
* A child care and early learning centre providing quality Christian care.
* Outdoor meeting spaces incorporating large playground and picnic areas.
